For your serenity and safety we have made further precautions to our standard of hospitality and cleanliness, we want to make you participate in these innovations.
Our rates for season 2020 and 2021 are:
Holiday Home
(minimum 2 nights)
The house can accommodate up to a maximum of 10 people. It is on 2 levels and consists of 5 bedrooms (3 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms), 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a roof terrace with a view breathtaking.

Prices shown are per entire house, per night, and include VAT, wi-fi and 2 private parkings. Breakfast is available on request and at an extra cost.
To confirm the reservation, a credit card number and expiry date are required. A 30% non-refundable deposit will be charged at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation. Changes or cancellation must be sent within 14 days before your arrival. After this deadline will be charged the full amount of the stay.
At the moment of booking a security deposit of € 500 will be required. This amount will be refunded within 7 days from the date of check out after checking that no damage has been done to the house.

- City tourist tax, at a cost of € 2.00 per person per night. The tax does not apply to children under the age of 12. The city tax is not included in the total and will be paid directly at the property.
- Final cleaning costs (€ 80).
- Transfers to and from the airport (by reservation only).

Non Refundable Rate: the amount can be charged at any time after booking. In case of cancellation, modification or no-show the total amount will still be charged.
Free Cancellation Rate: no amount will be charged within 14 days before arrival. For later cancellations or no-show will be charged 50% of the total.
